By downloading, installing, or using Dr C App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Dr C App provides audio content for stress reduction, meditation, and personal motivation created by Dr. Leonard Coldwell. The service includes guided meditation sessions, motivational talks, and wellness content.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All audio content, text, graphics, and other materials in the app are owned by or licensed to Dr C App and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content from the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr C App and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
