Your data is stored securely using Firebase, a Google Cloud service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide you the service:
- Account information (your email address and profile) and usage data (your session progress, listening history, and statistics) are retained for as long as your account is active.
- Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data at any time through the app's support feature or by emailing us (see Contact Us below). When your account is deleted, your account, profile, listening history, and statistics are removed from our systems, and residual copies are purged from backups within 30 days.
- Purchase and subscription records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Payments are processed by Apple and Google; we never store your payment card details.
- Analytics and crash diagnostics collected through Firebase are retained by Google for limited periods (crash data for up to 90 days; analytics identifiers for up to 14 months) and are then deleted or aggregated.
